“3rd Time’s a Charm” MC Reloaded: Day 1
Ok, soon I’ll be running out of names for these Master Cleanser posts.
So here’s the deal I have started the cleanse again since I don’t think it was wise for me to get off of it so fast the second time. This time I will be on it for at least 3 weeks, and that will be the end of that for this season. I’ll start eating more whole foods and cooking more, not sure if I’m going to be a total vegan though. We will see when that time comes. One of my best friends is doing the cleans as well, for 10 days. She’s been on for 2 days and she’s doing well too. I’ll keep you posted on her progress and observations.
I did post a You Tube video(<– click) of pictures of me on my weight-loss journey, so check it out when you get a chance. My starting weight this go around is 336 lbs. Yes, as you can see I gained some weight back, but it will be off by the end of this week. I have a busy week ahead, but I will update daily I promise. Until next time.
Hello, I was reading your page and watching youtube and was inspired by your story and your updates with the clease. I too have just started the cleanse….This morning….I always have ahabot of starting something and never finishing….I look forward to your continued updates as a source of encouragement.
Hello,
First of all….Hat’s off to you:razz: You look fabulous. You are an inspiration to me. I have been toying with doing the cleanse for some time now. I had a baby in Sept. 2006. Doing the cleanse would serve as a 2 fold purpose for me. It will serve as a detox and weight loss. I am looking to be healthier in both areas. I gained a lot of weight with my daughter. The last time that I weighed myself, which was about 2 weeks ago, I was 319.0. I want to lose at least 50lbs by my daughters first birthday on Sept. 28. My goal is to drink the tea tonight, and start the cleanse on tomorrow and stop the cleanse on Aug. 31, 2007. This will be my first time, but I think I can do it. I am excited to see what happens.
Thank you guys so much for your comments. Losing weight and trying to change unhealthy habits is very hard and a continous work in progress. Reading your comments definitely makes me want to continue to succeed at this. I’m not giving up, because you all inspire me to go on as well. Feel free to e mail me or leave more comments. I’m here to support you on your journey as well. Take care and thank you again!!
